How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which is placed on your computer's hard drive which helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual enabling it to tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and helps us to identify ways to improve our website in order to tailor it better to our customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better and more usable website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may however limit some functionality and prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

We use Google Analytics to collect data on how our users are using our website and their demographics (age, gender) and interests which enables us to evaluate how our users' behaviour varies by demographics and interests in order that we can improve our website content, marketing and services for our clients. The information generated by the cookies about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google undertakes not to associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

The Google Analytics features we implement may be based on Display Advertising (e.g. Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting).

Users can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings. If you prefer that Google Analytics does not collect any data from you when you visit a website that has it incorporated, information for opting out can be found on Google Analytics' currently available opt-outs for the web.

  • Many, many thanks again for the brilliant website and all your ongoing support.
As I have said before, I could not be happier!
    William Jupe, Restoring Glory

  • We are extremely pleased with our new website. Blue Fusion Web worked hard to ensure that the Upton upon Severn Town Council website looked just the way we wanted and were always quick to respond to our needs.
The content management system is straightforward to use and we have plenty of scope to tailor the site to our specific requirements. James and the team were extremely helpful and patient with the endless tinkering we asked them to do and it has been a pleasure to work with them.
I am delighted to endorse their work, and strongly recommend Blue Fusion Web to anyone who seeks to engage a professional and motivated website designer.
Jo Adams - Town Clerk, Upton-upon-Severn Town Council

  • We are delighted with our re-designed website and the interest it has created in our products and services.
The whole process, queries and technical problems were dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
The complex curtain builder and accurate colour match of product photography have exceeded all expectations and the knowledge shared and advice given was exemplary.
Thank you to James and all of the Blue Fusion team for all of your hard work!
    Matthew Smith, Gordon Smith Malvern

  • I was looking for a quantum leap from the traditional web site design and this has been delivered with style!
    Simon Cattle, ABSSAC Ltd

  • I was looking for a fresh, fun and mobile-friendly design to replace my previous e-commerce site. James immediately grasped my branding style, and has produced an attractive website that’s brought immediate sales from organic traffic.
Throughout the design period, nothing has been too much trouble, and James kept going that one step further by suggesting and adding extra features that are beneficial to the site along the way.
The content management system is extremely easy to use, and my customers are happily navigating the new site and are able to checkout with ease.
Thank you for a super site build that my fudge deserves!
    Ruby Williams, Ruby's Fudge

  • Everyone likes the design. Personally I think it's a million times better than our current site. The CMS is fantastic – really easy to use and navigate. It's much better than the one we use currently – very impressed!
    Steven Grosvenor, Waldrons

  • When we decided our website needed a total overhaul, we had no hesitation in turning to James and his team to accomplish this. Blue Fusion Web built our original site which we were very happy with, but wanted to take it to the next level. We required a totally bespoke website and we were not aware of anyone competitors offering this level of sophistication. From the outset Blue Fusion Web worked tirelessly in customising their ecommerce platform to suit our requirements.
Despite the numerous challenges we threw at him, James and his team worked tirelessly to provide a solution. The outcome was a website which made the process of people doing business with us simple, whilst also offering a high level of sophistication.
    Paul Kerslake, PT Cycles

  • Really appreciate all you've done here, fantastic result.
    Many thanks indeed!
Jason Viney, The Wonder of Stevie

Michelle Whitefoot, Worcester Festival Choral Society

  • We approached Blue Fusion Web as our old website was outdated and needed to be upgraded to be fully PCI compliant for accepting online orders.
They listened to our requirements and despite the inevitable changes and tweaks that we requested as the project developed, the resulting product has met all our expectations at a much smaller price than we expected.
Following the site's launch they have provided excellent support and have quickly addressed any issues arising.
We are looking to extend our operation in the future and will not hesitate to use Blue Fusion for the development work.
